Allied Telesis, Inc. and Gary Comer, Inc. Launch Healthcare Data Analytics Firm, Consilink, LLC

TOKYO, Japan - February 14, 2013 - Allied Telesis Holdings K.K., announces that its subsidiary company, Allied Telesis Inc., a global provider of secure IP/Ethernet switching solutions, and an industry leader in the deployment and provision of IP Triple Play networks and networking infrastructures, has entered into a joint venture with Gary Comer, Inc. (GCI), a family-funded private equity firm, specializing in long-term investments, patient capital, strategic growth, and back-office support, to form Consilink, LLC.

Consilink was launched in January, 2013, and will operate as a healthcare “big data” analytics firm, providing a complete data warehouse and analytics reporting platform based on the network Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offerings from Allied Telesis. The new venture will focus on developing care coordination tools to analyze population health data for care providers, Accountable Care Organizations, and payors; and the offerings will be generally available in Q2 2013.
